Being a Physical Education teacher for the last 21 years I understand the importance of physical and mental Health and Wellness. In my own life I had a history of spending a lot of my time thinking about things that happened in the past, as well as thinking of things that could happen in the future which caused a lot of anxiety in my life. I seldom enjoyed the present moment and all the happiness it brings until I found Vedic Meditation. Once I found Vedic Meditation it changed my personal and professional life for the better in so many ways. Because of all the benefits I gained in my own practice, this inspired me to want to help others by teaching them this technique. I believe those who I teach can also experience all the benefits in their own lives. I paused my career and personal life and went away to India to train to become a Vedic Meditation teacher for 3 months in the base of the beautiful Himalayan mountains with my teacher Thom Knoles.

My hobbies include golf, travel, competitive ballroom dancing with my wife and singer in our family rock band.
