2. Join a course
If you choose to move forward, you’ll commit to a four-day, in-person course. Each session lasts 90 minutes and is held on four consecutive days. We’ll work together to find a schedule that best fits your availability. Further details about the course structure will be shared during the introductory talk.

3. Lifetime
support
After completing the course, you'll receive a lifetime of support from me, including access to regular group meditations and Q&A sessions, the option to retake the course as a refresher, and access to advanced knowledge courses and retreats taught by me or any of my colleagues. You’ll also join a global community of Vedic Meditation teachers, providing ongoing support wherever
you are.
Course Contribution
Sliding scale based on annual income.
In our tradition of Vedic Meditation, there is an exchange of value between the student and the teacher in order to learn this technique. The scale is based on an estimated average of household income.
