Curious about what Vedic Meditation is and how it works? This free talk is a great way to learn about the technique, its benefits, and how it fits into daily life. There’s no pressure to commit—just a chance to learn more about the practice, ask questions, and get to know me and my teaching style.

2. Join a course

If you choose to move forward, you’ll commit to a four-day, in-person course. Each session lasts 90 minutes and is held on four consecutive days. We’ll work together to find the schedule that best fits your availability. Further details about the course structure will be shared during the introductory talk.

3. Life-time
support

After completing the course, you'll receive lifetime support from me, including access to regular group meditations and Q&A sessions, the option to retake the course as a refresher, and access to advanced knowledge courses and retreats taught by Thom Knoles, with whom I trained. You’ll also join a global community of Vedic Meditation teachers, providing ongoing support wherever
you are.

Course Fee

Sliding scale based on annual income.

In our tradition of Vedic Meditation, there is an exchange of value between the student and teacher in order to learn this technique. The scale is based on an estimated average of household income.
