Vedic Meditation is a simple, effortless and natural technique. You just sit comfortably with your back supported and your eyes closed.

Comes from the Veda which is an ancient body of knowledge from India that has been practiced for over 5,000 years

You practice this technique for 20 minutes twice a day. One session in the morning and one session in the late afternoon or early evening.

This practice is 5 times more restful than sleep.

Is this religious?

This is not a religion or a belief system. Anyone can practice Vedic Meditation no matter what your beliefs or non beliefs are. Whether you believe or not believe, Vedic Meditation will help and be an aid to all growth of a person.

Will I have time to fit this in my busy schedule?

As part of your 4 day training course I will help you figure out how to best fit the twice a day for 20 minutes into your personal schedule.

I don’t know if I have the time to fit in the 20 minutes twice a day?

You will make up the time several fold because you will be much more efficient and adaptable throughout the day so you actually gain time in your day not lose it.

How much does it cost?

During the Intro Talk I will go over what the course investment will be and what it covers. This is an investment in yourself. In this tradition there is an exchange of something of value from the student to the teacher.

Can the cost be covered under my Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account?

It may cover the cost if recommended by your Physician and they write it up as an order.

How long does it take to start feeling the benefits?

The positive changes and benefits from this technique can be felt immediately. It does not take long at all to feel all the benefits from this practice.
